S 5th Street Pavement Restoration - October 16 - 27: Construction for the S 5th Street Pavement Restoration project is set to start on Monday, October 16. The contractor will be utilizing a full road closure from 7:00AM Monday, October 16 to 6:00PM Friday, October 20. A detour along Union Ridge Parkway will be in place. Access will be maintained for local residents that live on 5th Street. Commercial businesses will have access off of 74th Place.

Ongoing Traffic Impacts
S Union Ridge Parkway: No Parking on Union Ridge Parkway immediately north of S 5th Street during construction work for the Pioneer Street Extension Project. The contractor is using the area for staging. Please use caution in the area.
I-5 NB/SB - North Fork Lewis River Bridge - Bridge Deck Repair & Overlay: From Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, and continuing around-the-clock, for the next two months, three lanes of travel will be reduced down to two narrow lanes approaching the northbound span of the North Fork Lewis River Bridge, located between mileposts 19.36 and 20.0, just south of Woodland, WA. For everyone's safety, the speed limit has been reduced leading up to and through the work zone. Significant delays are expected during peak travel hours.
