PIONEER CLOSURE – Sunday, October 20On Sunday, October 20 Pioneer Street will be CLOSED between Discovery Drive and just west of 53rd Place from 7 AM -6 PM. This closure is required for utility companies to prepare equipment ahead of the culvert installation. A detour route will be in effect via S Royle Road, Wells Drive, Timm Road, S 6th Way, and S 56th Place. Local access to businesses such as Mountain View Dental, Ridgefield Physical Therapy, and Costco will be maintained from the west via Discovery Drive. Detour map (PDF) |

During this period, city contractors will install a major stream culvert. The same detour route along S Royle Road, Wells Drive, Timm Road, S 6th Way, and S 56th Place will apply. Hall Street/N Main Ave - October 15-21: Single Lane closure with flagging for sewer re-lining at Hall St and N Main Ave. This is preventative maintenance on the existing sewer infrastructure. |
