City of Ridgefield Seeks Volunteers for Planning & Civil Service Commissions, Mosquito Control Board of Trustees

The Ridgefield City Council is seeking dynamic and self-motivated community members to serve on various boards and commissions. These positions are critical to representing the community’s wants and needs in local government decisions. This is a unique and rewarding volunteer assignment that allows members to get connected and make a difference in Ridgefield.

“We rely on enthusiastic and thoughtful community members to help represent Ridgefield on our boards and commissions,” said Mayor Ron Onslow, “We deeply appreciate the time of all of our volunteers serving in this capacity. If you are interested in any of these positions, I encourage you to apply.”

Commissioners, board members and trustees are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council.
