Tree Decorating Details
Sign up quickly, as limited spots are available. Spots will be first provided to businesses and organizations within the city limits. If spots are still available, businesses outside of those limits will be accepted based on the time of application.
By signing up, you agree to:
- Decorate a tree at Overlook Park by 8:30 AM on Saturday, December 6. The Tree and stand will be provided by the City, and will be available to begin decorating on Friday, December 5.
- Leave decorations on the tree and encourage community members to visit the trees in Overlook Park and cast their vote.
- Voting will run from 12/6 - 12/13. Tree decorations must remain up until 12/14, but you have the option to keep decorations up until 12/29 for the community to enjoy. Decorations not removed by end of day 12/29 will be discarded when the trees are removed.

The City of Ridgefield will:
- Assign a tree, tree stand, and one electrical outlet to your organization in Overlook Park
- Provide a link and QR code for online voting
- Promote the Circle of Trees and contest on City social media
- Shoutout the winner (by popular voting online) on City social media
Please note that these trees will be outside in a public park for several weeks in December. We are not able to guarantee prevention of vandalism, theft, or weather-related damage to decorations. If possible, we recommend water resistant decorations.
