The process for obtaining authorization to operate a mobile food vending business in Ridgefield includes the following requirements.

The City of Ridgefield requires a business license for operating within the City limits. All City business licensing will be processed as an endorsement through the Department of Revenue Washington State .

Food Establishment License

All food businesses must obtain a license to operate a food establishment from Clark County Public Health. Visit the Clark County Food Safety website for more information. Mobile food vehicles are reviewed and inspected by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries to ensure they meet health and safety standards, and a state permit is posted on each truck.
