The Splash Pad is closed for winter. Will open in May 2026.
The 2,000 square foot splash pad incorporates a combination of natural elements and ground level features for water play. The water jets are ground level so that the park area may be used for community events during the off season.
An automatic timer activates the feature during hours of operation in the summer. The splash pad water is filtered, sanitized, and recycled back into the system.
General Splash Pad Operating Hours:
- 10:00AM-Dusk
- May through October (weather permitting)
The splash pad may be turned off during normal operating hours for the following reasons:
- Maintenance required for safe operation.
- Safety or operational concerns related to a specific community event.
The splash pad may not be reserved for private events, but may, at the discretion of city staff, be turned off during specific events at the park due to safety or operational concerns.
Splash Pad Use Rules
- Do not use the Splash Pad if you are sick.
- Swim Diapers are required for children who are not toilet trained.
- Do not drink the water. Water is recirculated.
- No Dogs on or in the Splash Pad.
- No Glass containers or food.
- No Skateboards, Scooters, or Bikes on or in the Splash Pad
- No Running on or in the Splash Pad.
Surface temperatures at the Splash Pad may be very hot and could cause serious injury. Check surfaces before playing.
