UPDATE: On 09/04/2023, Krieg Kjer was located, deceased, in rural Skamania County. Initially, Kjer’s van was located on 09/02/2023, near the U.S. Forest Service 25 Road, by recreationists who recognized the vehicle being associated with a missing subject. After multiple search efforts conducted by the Skamania County Sheriff’s Office, Kjer was not located.
